I have to say Jen was savage! She did this WOD with 60#, and not only cleaned it, she Jerked it, 50 times. Unbelievable! Great Job Jen.Awesome work James! Keep coming back.
Did this on Thursday, April 8, 201026:40I was wondering why it seemed so hard and my time was so long and then realized that I did Clean and JERKS instead of power cleans and should have been using 50# instead of 60#. Oh well...
