50 Double Unders (200 Singles)

May substitute Situps with Back Extensions.

This was insane!!!! What a way to break in my new bar! I didn't have a WB, so I substituted it for Air Squats with 5#DB's in each hand! I'm am toasted right about now!!!

Knees to Elbows are the worst part of this workout. The burpees and wallballs were a close second. Nice job Leslie!
