This workout was very hard for me, since I have no bar. Used Bumbbells instead,very unstable, and very windy to say the least!!Shoulders are burning!!!

Previous was 14:44 with only 60 singles per round.

This workout is always hard, but the thrusters didn't kill me as much as I was anticipating.

09/13/10 Did this with Leslie but she wrote down wrong number of JR's. We did 60 instead of 80 so NO WONDER the time was sooo good!! LOL!!
