That is a hard workout Krista. That is a flying time. This WOD is a Hero WOD and really is 30 of each. I think you would be able to do it under 30 minutes which is a savage time. Great Work. Dont forget to buy Pizzas for your children.
Thanks Paul! I really, reall wanted to stop @ round 3 or cut it down to sets of 10. Thought time was slow; not doing the wod with anyone makes it hard to gauge how you are doing. Uh, why am I buying pizzas for the kids...? See you tomorrow?Krista
