Deadlifts (1.5X's BW)
Bench Press (1X's BW) or Chest to Ground Pushups
Squat Cleans (.75X's BW)

Try and do normal weight for each if not a little more.

I weighed in at 183.6#'s

First time doing this workout and WOW. It was an awesome workout and very fatiguing. It makes you keep pushing. Happy with the results.

Deadlift weight was plenty, back is fatigued.
Can do 75# Squat Cleans next time. Overall, difficult workout but went well.

Way to go on the deadlifts Leslie. You are a fire=breather. I thought you were going to catch me Krista. I kept thinking "don't let up, she'll catch ya." Thanks for the push.

I did 7 rounds of
thrusters 50#
burpees

last time I did this I used 45# for thrusters @ 7:57. I am happy with results felt like breathing fire.
