10 Squat Clean to Overhead (135/80)
10 Pullups

Squat Clean to Overhead is just that. Do a Squat Clean and thrust up into a Thruster, then back down to the ground. You can Squat Clean then Jerk it, but going up into a thruster is easiest, I think.
Sorry for the late post. Just got Home. Robby picked this workout so blame him.

Also look for some new exercises (not new to CF) being implemented. It makes it fun and challenging. If you do not know what a certain exercise or how to perform it, either look it up or call/text me for an explaination.

I ask myself that ? every morning, where am I ha! ha! Since the post was a bit late..I was in the middle of getting ready to workout!! This is how it went!! Also working on getting a Pullup Bar yeah!!!

Nice Work Leslie. You should attempt Filthy Fifty again soon. You can make a WallBall by using an old basketball and filling it up with sand. Just bore out the air hole and then chaulk it when finished.

This was hard as hell. I fell over twice the first round with the bar landing on top of me. The second and third round went much better and was able to do 6 & 4 of the SC2OH. Good workout otherwise.

16:26 with 60#

Squat cleans to overhead were tough on the legs. My upper body was fine getting the weight overhead. Started off a little uncoordinated with the SC to OH.
