Felt like I was in slow motion the entire workout. Could not get my energy up. Overhead squats are always challenging.

I am tentative doing 24" box jumps
I suffer through overhead squats every time
... I loved this workout... NOT

I am looking for that sweet spot to hold the bar and the right angle to point my legs on the OHSs. It is improving. I think my younger day abuses punish me on this exercise. Stay with 45# until the kinks are worked out.

Krista pulled way ahead of the pack. Powerful workout! Kim, Odelia, and I kept pushing on after eating her dust. Way to push ladies.

This was a hard workout because I couldn't get into a rythym with the burpee/box jumps and it was awkward. I was surprised that I was able to almost complete each round of OHS without stopping. I did put the bar down once on the 2nd or 3rd round though.

Mike L. you did a super great job! I am sorry for the "dust" (funny) but you all are amazing too! Odilia is up and coming (quickly) and Kim it's yours for the taking...
