Mendi: Did yesterday's workout 10 rounds15 deadlifts 80#15 push ups16:52I felt hungry and weak. BRUTAL!! I thought that after almost 2 weeks of eating like this I would feel energized. I feel like I need to eat all the time. I do feel better but not with all of my workouts. like today. frustrating.
