The weight felt heavy, and I need to work on my hang cleans - using too much forearms.

10 rounds
15 deadlifts 80#
15 push ups

I felt hungry and weak. BRUTAL!! I thought that after almost 2 weeks of eating like this I would feel energized. I feel like I need to eat all the time. I do feel better but not with all of my workouts. like today. frustrating.
