No Class Today.
Make up Day "or"

15 Kettlebells
15 Wallballs
200M Run

I have decided that weekends will be Make Up days. You may pick a previous workout that you suck at or that you plain just missed. If you choose something on your own, that is great as well. Just stay active and have fun. Take your family on a hike in the Estrellas, Ride Bikes or Row boats in the lake having a race with your kids. Whatever you do please post your events and how you felt.

Pushed pretty hard. I was so miserable, I ran another K. Total 6K = 32:18
Had to seriously walk off this one...

800m run with 25 SU, 25 PU, 25 SQ 4 rounds. Felt good other than the weather... Denver is just the best in March!
