Did the lunges with each set totaling 600ft of lunges, my legs were burning. Didn't time it. Can't make it tonight, have a great workout everyone!

This is definitely not one of my favorite workouts! Shoulders were burning the first 2 rounds, then quads on the last 2.
Double unders need a lot of work!
Mile run: 7:07 PR
Very impressive times on the mile run for everyone. Nice job!
Definitely didn't like the Burpees in this workout! Little hard converting the SDHP's into a Thruster!! Didn't use full weight, shoulder still sucks,it comes with old age!!! The run was great, took about 2mins of last run of (9:30?)
Almost had it this time Krista,!! You Tip Toed right pasted me Ha! Ha! Good job ladies!!

This was a good solid quick painful workout. Run after was good; Leslie must have eaten her Wheaties! Jen was flying and Odilia finished with flying colors!

Felt good. I broke down and the past 2 days have been eating a lot of candy. Everything else has been good, so I punished myself by doing this a second time. Haven't chewed in over a week.
