Row was ok, It was hard to get through KB and Push Press; had to put the bar down on last round on #8...was not ready for that workout; hard. Not really looking forward to the Thruster/jump rope workout above either; especially at 60lbs; Jen killed it! Yikes!!

Did the same wod as Paul with thrusters and jumprope but did singles (200/160/120/80/40).

Time 8:00 with 60#

Felt really good! I think the nutrition is finally making a difference. I was nervous about doing this with 60#, but felt good and I did not have to put down the weight.
