Sarah Run 1.25 Mile 25 sit-ups 25 push-ups 25 burpees 25 squats Did this workout in Pine, felt so winded from the elevation and ran most of it uphill. Didn't time it.
15:20 Previous was 12:33 but did lunges from the garage instead of running to the street and I think my pullups were much better this time. The pullups were tough, lunges seemed stronger and situps were no problem.
