Times:

*note* With baseball starting, both Jenna and Shea will be playing and I will be a coach, there could and will be several days (sometimes whole weeks) that you will have to do something on your own. Its tough but it is important. Jenna has missed both practices this week (tues and fri)and I made a commitment to her, that it won't happen again. I encourage all to get a pullup bar and a few weights to continue this at home. Also next week is Spring Break and there will be no class that week. Enjoy the Spring Break and/or Vacation and STAY ACTIVE.

Good workout. Had to break up pushups starting the 6th round.

Robby finished at 10:51. He never had to break up his pushups.

14:30? (battery died on the watch!)May have done an extra round. Lost count on 4 or 5.
80# deadlifts

Felt good on the deadlifts. Had to start breaking up the pushups after round 3.

Deadlifts were ok; push-ups were pretty tough. By the 2nd or 3rd round I had to break it down to 10-rest-5...good workout though. I liked it.

Great job ladies!!! Wasn't to bad, Deadlifts felt good,85#'s next time mayb. Pushups were a bit sluggish about the 8th round!!! Happy with my time, Great job Kristayou make me push harder thanks!!!

50# Deadlifts
I did at least 1/3 of the push-ups on my knees, pushed myself hard but still felt slow. Good job everyone!
