Row was good, but I expend a lot of endurance. first run was wobbly. Wallballs: might be time to go high (start with a lighter ball). Snatches were good, weight was good, needed to rest halfway through each round. Last row = 2:05 pace.

It is so impressive to watch everyone's progress. I am proud to workout with you.

I liked this one! It was different and fun; wallballs are usually disastrous for me but I got through them pretty good this time! Yay! Sarah and Odilia did a fantastic job as did Mike L. and Leslie; it was great to see you all-thanks for your support! :-)

It seemed like it took for ever!! That was the longest 10mins EVER!!!!....I couldn't get the snatch's right, kept doing a power snatch,didn't have the strength to do it all that way, so I did C&J's. You all did well.

First workout with snatches. My form probably wasn't the greatest, but I did manage to do them. Also first time for WBs at 9 ft. - not too bad with 12lbs - don't know if I would have made it with 14#. Tough workout. Good job to all that completed this one. Thanks to Station 40 for allowing me to come down and workout!
