Snatches were good, weight was good, needed to rest halfway through each round. Last row = 2:05 pace.It is so impressive to watch everyone's progress. I am proud to workout with you.

It seemed like it took for ever!! That was the longest 10mins EVER!!!!....I couldn't get the snatch's right, kept doing a power snatch,didn't have the strength to do it all that way, so I did C&J's. You all did well.10:07C&J's 50#'sW/B's 14#'s

Also first time for WBs at 9 ft. - not too bad with 12lbs - don't know if I would have made it with 14#. Tough workout. Good job to all that completed this one. Thanks to Station 40 for allowing me to come down and workout!
