Wow! Now I know why I blocked this workout from my memory! Felt pretty good with the thrusters. Burpees killed me.

Sweated bullets, couldn't get the adrenaline goin. Next time will be better. 70# is very reasonable.

Thanks Mike! You did awesome tonight! That was one of the toughest CF workouts we've done. Soaked in sweat and fatigued!
