Much harder than it looks. Also the arms were fatigued more than the legs. Surprised me.
From what I remember the workout went like:
1) 4/20 Thrusters
2) 4/16 SDHP
3) 4/4 SDHP/8 Push Press
4) 4/12 Push Press
5) 4/5 OH Squats
6) 4/10 OH Squats
7) 4/5 OH Squats/6 Front Squats
8) 4/14 Front Squats
Did this yesterday on duty 02/15/10.
loved this workout, however, had i not scaled my weight (75#) i think it may have taken me twice as long. Did this at the station with Paul (10:58)

Very difficult. OHS definitely were the hardest - didn't think I would make it through them - my form could have better (deeper squats). Thanks for doing the workout with me Sandra!

Not too bad...can't remember how it all broke down but did get the 4/20TH done in first minute. SDHP got broken up a bit and my OHS did take 3 rounds because of how the timing came to be, got 2 done then 10 then 8. Push jerks were good and on the front squats my legs got pretty fatigued. I used two timers to do this with Jack sick in bed while the kid's ate dinner. I sure hope to be there tomorrow!!

did good until OHS, they took me four rounds. Did 4 extra SDHP without knowing it until watching the video after.
Did this monday. harder then I expected, @ RX it took me a crazy 16:58...
Started out fine,the weight seemed good. Burpees got tough about the third round, didn't have the strength in my shoulders!! OHS where tough couldn't get down all the way.!! Great job Mike. Kim u did ASSUME!!! Hang in there!!

It was my first day. I really thought I was going to puke and die all at the same time! I never realized how out of shape I really was. I LOVED the workout and need to keep pushing myself to continue. Thanks guys for all the encourgement!!!

I did not do the overhead squats well. Got down about a quarter of the way. Going to have to work on them. Otherwise. the workout was a challenge, but I enjoyed it.
