Tough and I need serious work on ring dips. I was happy with the performance otherwise considering I have hardly done ring dips.

Pull ups were, as usual, challenging. The last 10 C&J's were hard. My shoulders are still pretty sore from the prior wod's...Hope all had fun with this one! Was able to get through all 50 su's too! It was a good wod.

Perfect weight for right now. Felt challenging but I felt like I was able to keep decent form. Short rests, but pushed through all facets. I will feel this one...

Ladies, great form and way to push yourselves.
