Jenna made up her own workout today:5 rounds10 3lb dumbbell press10 Wallabys 10 Wallballs (used soccer ball)10 PushupsTime: 7:45If you want to know what wallabys are go to http://www.crossfitkids.com/index.php/Videos/. It is basically "jumping" off ground while in push up position. It looks hard, but Jenna made it look easy.
