Jenna made up her own workout today:
5 rounds
10 3lb dumbbell press
10 Wallabys
10 Wallballs (used soccer ball)
10 Pushups

Time: 7:45

If you want to know what wallabys are go to http://www.crossfitkids.com/index.php/Videos/. It is basically "jumping" off ground while in push up position. It looks hard, but Jenna made it look easy.
