Pretty tough. Was able to do 1st and 4th rounds without dropping the weight.

This was hard. didn't get my arms locked on a couple of them. but I gave it all that i had.

Hard; stomach still not 100% so that made the burpees even more challenging...weight ok...70lbs might be ok next time...
