I did this at home and the run around my block is .38 miles so I ended up running @ 1.51 miles.

Rest day? I thought it said Best Day... for a long run. After a particularly bad day at soccer, I decided to run 5K. 28:52. Looks like the last time I did this (11/7), I managed 28:28. I think I need to be focusing on catching someone... I'll do better next time.

I did yesterday's workout today. Did 25 situps, 25 pushups, ran around the north lake, 1.25 mile, 25 squats and ended with 25 burpees.

My daughter Madison and her friend Gisella did this workout with me. They completed it in 23 minutes. Good job girls!
