Times:
Sarah using half her body weight. Getting ready to separate the weight from the earth.
Pulling up hard while maintaining good lordotic curve.
Powerful shrugging and hip extension. Notice her feet coming off the ground.
Landing softly while getting under the bar. Notice elbows are behind her and the bar is still midline.
Then the jerk up. PIECE OF CAKE!

Felt strong today with the weight, a little slow during the runs. I was hoping to be able to do that last overhead squat, maybe next time. Great job everyone and thank you so much for meeting early so I could get a workout in before my 12hr shift! It was much appreciated.

Hard; stomach still not 100% so that made the burpees even more challenging...weight ok...70lbs might be ok next time...

The weight was good - couldn't quite get the OHS though - did OK with 50# after the workout. C&J'd with 75# after the workout also. Mike was haulin'- couldn't keep up with him. Everyone did great. Good job on the Khalipa workout Krista! We have missed you!

Felt very good today. Kept thinking "Don't let anyone catch you." It's happened too many times. Overhead squat felt surprisingly good. It helped to warm up to stretch the shoulders.

80# next if the back is feeling good.

krista, looking forward to your return. Maybe you'll be weak and I can actually finish before you...

Tough workout,felt good after. OHS didnt think I could do it!! Jen has raised the stacks highier again. I also C&J'd with 75#'s after the workot for fun. Wasn't to comfortible with the wieght. Think I'll stick with 65#'s!!Asume job everyone!!
