This is a variation of the workout done on Monday, August 03, 2009.
I wanted to give you all the metabolic workout without so much work on your legs.

This workout is tough. WB felt good and as always Box Jumps are slow.

The workout was hard! Especially when the only other person doing it with u is Paul, talk about being under the GUN, it made me work that much harder Ha Ha!! The run seemed hard 4 me tody. My legs still felt like jelly on the Box jumps. Have to say though I felt good afterwards. Thanks Paul for the push!!
