There will be no Class Today.

For time:
1.25 mile run (around North Lake)
25 Pushups
25 Burpees
25 Squats
25 Situps

You may break this up any way you want. Strategize and make it fun. Time is once everything is completed.

My upperbody is so sore from yesterday,did not want to make my shoulder worse!!! So I ran at 7:45 this morning. If I did the workout, not sure where I would have done the Situps & burpess, with all the DUCK S>>T!!HaHa

The run around my block is .38 miles so I ended up running @ 1.51 miles.

I did this workout today, Sunday. Did 25 situps, 25 pushups, ran around the north lake, 1.25 mile, 25 squats and ended with 25 burpees.
