My upperbody is so sore from yesterday,did not want to make my shoulder worse!!! So I ran at 7:45 this morning. If I did the workout, not sure where I would have done the Situps & burpess, with all the DUCK S>>T!!HaHa

Great Job Mendi, but I think you ran 200M less. Sarah awesome Job! You keep getting faster. You are going to give the other Girls a run for their money.

I did this workout today, Sunday. Did 25 situps, 25 pushups, ran around the north lake, 1.25 mile, 25 squats and ended with 25 burpees.
