Previous 14:02, but more jumprope added to the workout this time. I also had a couple jumprope malfunctions (handle came off my jumprope the first round) but did 130 JR in a row. Felt good overall today.

Was a bit stiff this morning, The rope took a bit out of me today. thought for sure I would by pas Jen, Even with a broken JR she still hauled...!!! great push everyone.

Although I felt real slow, other than trying to keep up with Jen on the initial run, my time was an improvement. With less JR, my 11/3 time was 20:15 and in July, 28:16.

Keep up the great work Jen, Leslie, and Sarah... and can't leave out Jenna.

Double Unders
This was the first time using DU in this workout. I was happy with the result. The first 2 rounds (50 and 40) went horrible. Wasted lots of time doing DU. The last 3 rounds were the best I have done. I did 27 in a row the third round, 15 in the second and the last round all at once. I may be getting better. If it wasn't for those last 3 rounds I wouldn't have beat my last time with singles.
