About Fitness Estrella

Fitness Estrella is a Garage Gym run by Paul Burgess. Fitness Estrella was established after Paul received his CrossFit Level I certification and wanted to develop a cost effective way for people to workout. This is no luxury gym and definitely not a social club. It is an outdoor -slash- garage gym for people that want to make a difference in their own lives. Although this gym is not a social club, it is absolutely one that promotes comraderie, support and encouragement. Fitness Estrella teaches correct lifting in functional movements at intensity. It is developed to make it short, but will spend as much time as wanted to teach, practice and train any individual in the group aside from class. If desired, complete body composition analysis and nutritional information will be provided as Paul is a fitness trainer as well.
