Sarah 22:50This was the first time I've done this workout, my goal was 22 minutes, missed it by 50 seconds. I will beat it next time for sure.Mike, I hope you are right about that "inner runner"! Thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel!! The run was a little sluggish for me, Burpess felt good, had to keep up with Krista, u r hauling butt on those girl!!! Almost cought u Mike, your Burpess were looking good. You other ladies are so close behind, way to go everyone. Kim glad you have stuck with it,we have all been right where you are!!
