Anyone want to participate in a 30-day nutrition challenge with me? I don't know if I can do it unless I know others are also feeling my misery. I will need about a week to get some of the "bad" food out of my house, so I will plan on starting next Sunday, Feb. 21. Did tomorrows Workout Today. Paul - 7:56 Much harder than it looks. Also the arms were fatigued more than the legs. Surprised me. From what I remember the workout went like: 1) 4/20 Thrusters 2) 4/16 SDHP 3) 4/4 SDHP/8 Push Press 4) 4/12 Push Press 5) 4/5 OH Squats 6) 4/10 OH Squats 7) 4/5 OH Squats/6 Front Squats 8) 4/14 Front Squats
