Double Unders
Double Unders make all the difference. Much harder and fatiguing. Horrible round 4 on DU. Couldn't even get one for about a minute. I realized both shoes were untied and rope was hitting shoe laces. Otherwise ha one round with 2o in a row and another with 17.

I forgot how hard this workout is on your legs!
Previous time was 12:22, but did 125 more jumprope.

7/24 = 20:28 75 singles
6/19 = 15:28 75 singles and miserable lunge form

Once I got warmed up on jumpropes, I could finish the round. On all but one round I messed up at jump number 14. Too strange... Burpees and lunges are improving.

You all do some mean burpees! Excellent times.
