Did AMRAPs of 5 pullups/10pushups/15squats in 20 minutes.
Score: 13 rounds + 5 pullups/10 pushups
Previous: 17 rounds with purple band and knee-assisted pushups.

That is a hard workout. Not to mention my back is stiff and sore from this week's challenge WO.

18 complete sets, and 2/3rd of set 19 completed in the 20 minute time limit. Wow, awesome workout!!! 95 pull ups, 190 push ups, and 270 air squats in 20 min.

OMG!!! Hard, hard, hard!!
I still cannot get my pullups...so this is a good workout for me to have to do! Thank you Paul. Great job by Sarah, Odilia and Leslie! Some strong women!! Kim, I hope you got through it and you were able to make that long walk home... :-)

Used red band today, first time! Started doing pushups on knees in the seventh round. Great job everyone, you all kicked ass!

This kicked my Butt!! Had to use the band, Krista great way to push yourself girl!! And ladies great job!! Mike I think us women would of kick your Butt.....
