I forgot how hard and fatiguing this makes you feel. Pullups felt great. Pushups were horrible.

Pushups were the worst! I had no strength in my arms after pullups.

Ok; this was crazy and Leslie just about killed me on the squats; dang woman!!! Seriously girl!! I hope you can't sit tomorrow...haha!! :-) Push ups were hardest.

This was a bit intence!!! But it felt good. My pullups didnt feel as bad as I thought they would, it was the pushups that kicked my A...!!
The Squats were great SORRY KRISTA!!! Way to push though. You all did well. And YES I can sit today!!! But ask me tomorrow Ha Ha!

Kipping pullups were my best yet. My lower back was alittle sore which affected my situps.

My August 17 total was 286, but I must have started with squats because I did a boat load.
