Finished a 10th round of Cindy (5-10-15) at 19:42.
Very hard and fatiguing workout. No way with 155#'s. Has to be one of the toughest workouts yet.

Wow. Not quite as bad as I was anticipating, but definitely challenging. I did much better on pullups than I thought I would. 65# probably would have made it a killer.

Did yesterday's workout.
AMRAP in 15' of 200M Run, 10 KB and 10 BJ's.

Paul - 9 rounds in 14:29
Completed 9 rounds and 120M run @ 15:00
50# Dumbbell for KB and 24" Box Jumps.
Great Workout. I like it much!

Previous Time:
Paul - 8 rounds in 14:59
Used a 35# Concrete Slab (probably less)
Jumped onto the third step (probably 18-20")

This was hard; arms were way fatigued and I was sweating bullets. Thank you Jen and Paul for giving me the opportunity to get this one done! :-)

I liked doing 5 pullups at a time. Had good kipping form on most of them. I had to pause in the middle of the last couple of rounds of C&Js. I'd like to try this 10,9,....,2,1 sometime.

Mike, great idea. I will try and work this in soon so we can see the difference in time, if any.
