20 Minutes, do the following on the Minute every Minute adding 1 rep each, the following minute.
11 Round - 11 Squats, 11 Pushups, 7 Situps
12 Round - started doing pushups on knees
17 Round - 17 Squats, 16 Pushups
20 Round - 20 Squats
