Krista kept me moving on that one. Was feeling it pretty good after the kettlebells. Everyone did great! Gotta make up yesterday's workout tomorrow.

Duble Unders
Double Unders are hard but getting the hang up it. It took 33 seconds the first 35 DU and the second 25 DU took 1:23. I like this workout as well.
