Did tomorrows workout today:1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10Clean and Jerks (85/135)with,5 Pullups10 Pushups15 Squatsbetween every set of Clean and Jerks.Paul - 18:33135# C&J'sFinished a 10th round of Cindy (5-10-15) at 19:42.Very hard and fatiguing workout. No way with 155#'s. Has to be one of the toughest workouts yet.
