Did tomorrows workout today:
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
Clean and Jerks (85/135)
with,
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
between every set of Clean and Jerks.

Finished a 10th round of Cindy (5-10-15) at 19:42.
Very hard and fatiguing workout. No way with 155#'s. Has to be one of the toughest workouts yet.

Great Workout. I like it much!
Did this on Wednesday 01/27/10.

Previous Time:
Paul - 8 rounds in 14:59
Used a 35# Concrete Slab (probably less)
Jumped onto the third step (probably 18-20")

Okay, that was awful. It got to the point where I couldn't get my legs to jump up on that box...

The run and KBs weren't too bad.
