10 squat cleans
50 situps
8 squat cleans
40 situps
6 squat cleans
30 situps
4 squat cleans
20 situps
2 squat cleans
10 situps

May continue workout back up, for a total time.
Once finished with 10 situps, go to 4 SC and 20 situps, 6 SC and 30 situps, 8 SC and 40 situps and finish with 10 SC and 50 situps.

I also continued the workout going back up. 10/50 down to 2/10 and back up to 10/50. Strained my right lower lat on the 7th SC on my last round. Situps were the toughest part.

I may be sorry for going back up...
70# squat cleans - good weight, tiring but able to do with good form.
Situps - just tried to survive 10 at a time toward the end

Good workout, used heavier wieght since shoulder bad!! Situps no problem, should of been pushups Ha!Ha! Wanted to go back up, but only got to 4 Sqt/cln's, didn't want to push the shoulder. You guys rock, your abs must be sore!!

last 2 sets of squat cleans back up were killer I really had to watch my form. My legs are sore.
