Let up a bunch due to my injury. Not much kipping on pullups and had to run stiff.

Paul - 9:06 with a rigged pullup bar at station on 11/06/09.

Walked to and from this workout!! Felt really good today,Jen informed me that I had stated the last time we did this workout, I was not going to use a band next time. So I gave it a try!!!! Beat my previous time and no BAND!!!!!!

Nice job Krista. That seems like a pretty good time for inverted burpees. Did you not get enough situps last week?

Look on You Tube inverted burpee and select Breanne doing inverted burpee. Outside of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan I have never seen anybody do this let alone five times in a row! Hopefully we have a more humane way of doing these!!
