Nice job Krista. That seems like a pretty good time for inverted burpees. Did you not get enough situps last week?
Thx; they weren't too bad-that is if I did them right. I can show you how I did them tomorrow. But they felt ok; fun when you got into a rythym. Got done with squats at 17:09 and then it took nearly 6 minutes (pathetic) to finish those situps...and YES I did get enough but I need to get better at them!!:-)
Look on You Tube inverted burpee and select Breanne doing inverted burpee. Outside of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan I have never seen anybody do this let alone five times in a row! Hopefully we have a more humane way of doing these!!
