Dead Lift - 95# Felt good (my back is doing well) Push Ups - Felt good (trying to go down further) Jump Rope - Did singles. Went well once I could get into rhythm.
Krista (workout at home) 45 Thrusters 45 Burpees 6:55, 45lbs(previous 9:38, 50lbs) Did not break this up like previously. Did 45 of each with minimal breaks. Felt good. See you all on Tues. :-)

Singles
Weight felt good on deadlifts, will move up to 100# next time. Pretty much went through all exercises with no breaks. Good workout.

Double Unders take a whole lot out of you, wow. Great workout thought. Deadlifts became hard after the double unders.
