Great workout! Wasn't as tough as I was expecting and never had to put the weight down (thought I would have to). Had about a 1:54/500M pace ave.

Shakey start, was much better second round. The weight actually felt good, increased it!!
didn't really put down weights first and second Rd mayb once, 4th/5th not at all Yeah!! had to keep up with Jen!! Odilia was right behind me! And Mike well he left us all in the the DUST!!! Way to go everyone....

I have to agree with Paul, it wasn't as bad as it sounded. I was very reluctant to use 60# for thrusters. Had trouble last time using 55#. I surprised myself, the 60# actually felt pretty good. Never had to put the weight down. Rowing was OK about 2:25/500m pace.

As much as I hate rowing, it seems to be one of my strengths. 1:50 pace 1st round, 2:05 for the next four. 75# thrusters were good. Caught my breath a little before starting thrusters so I could finish all 7 reps without putting down the bar.

Challenging, but everyone rose to the occassion.
