Took a nice jog from my house to Pauls, it warmed up my legs. Not to bad today on the Thrusters, arms from rope where like jelly!!!
I stop to many times,over all Felf real good afterwards. Nice job Mike!!,Paul awsume DU's!!

I'm guessing around 14:00. Unfortunately the clock was not running...
Felt in my upper arms during the workout, but now my legs are aching...

Holy ^&%$!!!
First 30 Thrusters took a little over 2 minutes; know nothing more after that...
Intense, did the workout first thing Sunday morning!!

Thrusters took a long time, too many pauses
Singles went better than expected, working on DUs
I got tired, thought Leslie was going to catch me so I pushed though. Thanks for the push Leslie. Krista- great time girl!

I did first 15 thrusters with 55# and was dying and decreased my weight to 45# for the rest.

Had to use 25 lb dumbbells for the thrusters and run from the hotel gym to the parking lot to do the jump rope. Only freaked out a couple of people running down the hall.. Time was a balmy 11:27
