Slower than last time (10/26=12:00, 40#KB, 55#PP) but more weight this time. Rested once for each exercise in the last round, so probably a good weight. Better next time.

Not too bad. Probably could have pushed myself a little harder if I was in competition with Leslie and Krista. Push press was the most difficult. Had to put weight down on 2nd and 3rd rounds.

50lb Push Press (first time on this one).
Row was ok; had a hard time on the 2nd row. Felt good last 100m of the last row. Managed to get straight through all 21KB each round. Last two rounds of Push Press had to put bar down at 7. Was a tough combination. Jen-you would totally have rocked it with us! :-)

Push press was a bit sluggish,keep a good pace on the row,about 2:25/2:35. KB's felt good. Just a little on my previous time. Way to go Jen!! Right behind you!!Everyone is doing so well. Odilia LOOKING GOOD GIRL!!!
