I started off doing a 5k row, then realized about 1750 in thqat I wasn't going to be able to do it without stopping. So I modified it:2000 row 8:351600 run 9:001000 row 4:10800 run 4:20 500 row 2:00400 run 2:05Took about 30 seconds inbetween each. 500 row to 400 run I had to stop for a minute so I didn't pass out, lol. Was very dificult.Also did 39 doubles in a row after the workout. nNw PR!

Nice Job everyone. It is difficult to do on your own, but is good to do it alone once in a while. (constantly varied) I encourage everybody to contact one another as well and group up on days like today. Keep it up and see you tomorrow.
