I did a mini-workout:
1180 singles in 10 minutes. 5 second rest and 10 doubles non-stop, right after. Sweaing hard right now, and felt good.

Oh yeah, I never sopped for more than about 5 seconds at a time

Haha. Just did a 2 mile jog and then tried to max out doubles. Did 27 doubles in a row. I'm getting the hang of it.
