Paul HAPPY BIRTHDAY!So we bought a 45lb bar this weekend. Got tired of waiting for a 35 pound shorter bar to show up at play it again. In the past I have only done SDHP with 35lbs and Thrusters with 40lbs so I knew today was going to be hard. 22:48 with the 45lb long bar -2 rounds was enough. The SDHP were killer and no way was i going for three rounds.Thanks to everyone for supporting me from a far. I really miss the group and wish I could come at night to see all of you. Although I am a bit intimidated by everyone moving to no bands for pull ups! Great Job ALL.

Swelled significantly by 9 p.m., but feels pretty good 20 hours later. Thursday's workout might need to be adjusted. Maybe I can row instead of run.It is great having so many people at the workouts!
