Felt tough to move but didn't hurt as much as last time. I still am waking up achy and congested.

Thrusters were hard, but not killer
Burpees, I hate burpees
Deadlifts cranked.

Did some double unders, but couldn't do multiple double unders.

Ran 1 mile 7:50. Felt sluggish, but actually pretty good time.

Everybody is working so hard. Very impressive.

Slower time than I had hoped for
Ran 1 mile 10:45, it felt tough after the WOD
Made it through another one!

10:18 with 65#.
9:13 mile right after. My legs were dead for the mile.
My first round was really fast, but I died after that. Harder than it looks. Thrusters are a pain.

Was hoping to beat my previous time of 7:25 - didn't quite make it. Tried to go straight from SDHPs to thrusters on the 2nd round without putting the bar down and it didn't work so well with the change in hand grip. Nice quick WOD after yesterday!

Good time on my run...horrible time on workout!! I felt like I was moving in slow motion...I guess that's what 4 workouts in a row does to you!
