I need to bring up the issue with kids at the workouts. I have tried to make it work for everybody to come but 9 kids in the house unsupervised is a safety issue that I am not comfortable with. I understand it is hard for all of us to get a workout in while being parents but I can not have any kids over (play date) anymore. If it prevents some of us from being able to make a workout, then use workouts from the past or make one up that you can do at home.

Also I have been getting calls every week from people interested in participating in the workouts. I would love to bring them on but have had to turn people away. I just don't have the capacity to provide the workouts for several people at once. I understand it is fun to do them with many people, but a small group that is dedicated and comes consistently is what works best in this atmosphere.
It has been 6 months and you all have increased your fitness level tremendously. Keep in mind this is something that needs to be a lifetime commitment and is only achieved as an individual.
