At the end of round 7 I was at 19:14.
Finished up 8th run at 21:03.
I honestly was pushing to get 100. I am achy, congested and couldn't breath. Now I have tinitis of the left ear. How I obtained a PR is beyond me, except I just pushed myself.

Finished right at 20:00.

This was an assume workout,the run actually felt good!! the pull ups where a bit tough for me, arm still is a little bit sore at times. Sarah way to girl, you kicked BUTT!!!!!!

I reverted back to the purple band for more effective pullups.
