20 Overhead Squats (115/65) / 400M Run

20 Box Jumps (24"/20") / 400M Run
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (45x2/25x2) / 400M Run

Thanks to Crossfit Lumberjack for this WOD.

This WOD is in respects to to the men and women who were gunned down by a terrorist in Fort Hood. 4 of them killed were members of Crossfit Lumberjack. This WOD was the WOD all across the world in the CrossFit community on December 05, 2009. Lets remember those 13 killed and 43 others injured in this barbarian act. Get it on!

Deadlift - 275 lbs. X 20, then 400M Run.
The 400M Run.
Kettlebell Swings - 70 lbs. X 20, then 400M Run.
Overhead Squats - 115 lbs. X 20, then 400M Run.

Burpees X 20, then 400M Run.
Pullups X 20, then 400M Run.
Box Jumps (25") X 20, then 400M Run.
Sqaut Cleans - 2 @ 45 lb. dumbells X 20, then 400M Run. DONE!

Workout out was tough but felt I could have gone harder once finished. Thanks to everyone who stayed around to cheer me on and for Mike L. taking pictures.

Great workout; got my breathing down around the 3rd or 4th run and started to feel a bit better. Should have finished faster; stopped on run to tie my shorts...
Everyone did amazing; this was fun!!!

DL - 100 lbs. good weight, did not strain back
KB - 50 lbs. (2x25 lb. DBs strapped together)
OH Squats - 30 lbs. still working on this one
Pullups - 5+5+5+5 kipping chin-to-bar (mostly) no band
Box Jumps - 21" time to move up one size...
Squat Cleans - 2 @ 30 lb. DBs
Lots of running. Squat cleans did me in. Sandra flew through them and passed me by... great job Sandra! Krista, stopped to tie your shorts, are you kidding me? Seriously, great job.

Can I just tell you how hard it is to do a hard workout like this by yourself. But I just kept thinking about posting my times with you guys so thanks for the motivation!!!!
