It seemed as though I was doing burpees the entire time. Lunges weren't as bad as I thought they would be. Kettlebells with the lighter weight were harder then I thought they would be. Shoulders are on fire right now.

Some of my favorite exercises, YES! It is well documented how much I hate Burpees. Weighted OH Lunges are destined to join Burpees in the top 5. Thank God for KBs.

I do enjoy big groups. That part was fun.

First time I have done a prescribed wieght. It was definitely hard, but worth it.
