That was good; legs were a bit wobbly after. Nice fast workout!! Yay!! :-)

I'm usually faster on DLs, the rest were okay. Started the OHs fast, but crashed and burned at the end.

Nice finish Krista. I tied Leslie and we didn't even work out at the same time. Fun workout.

Was as hard as it looked. I need to work on my Deadlifts.
PS. I was sweating buckets afterwards.

This was a fun workout, done and over with!!
Felt good, could have used heavier wieghts, shoulder is getting better, next time. Mike we both seem to be close together at times.Good job. Josh don't look at any workout as being hard. Think of it as having Good Form, and pushg yourself hard, will get you through it!! Jorden way to go girl, hang in there.
