Great job to everybody for some hard long workouts last week!
Today will be just a pure MetCon workout and go all out.

2 Rounds
1000M Row
50 Double Unders (200 Singles)

then practice double unders. Not only will you get the benefit from it, but it will be an amazing accomplishment. Keep up the great work.

Row about killed me on the last 250M each time. Jumprope was a piece a cake and almost went all the way through.

Almost stopped halfway through the second row, so I started a cadence. Hope it didn't throw others off their pace. Single jumps are improving. I have done a few doubles, but can't do 2 doubles in a row... yet. Josh, your doubles were awesome. Tough workout, great effort from everyone!

Went to starpoint and did some rowing and running. Could not jumprope because aerobic room was busy.

First 1000m row 4:50
ran a mile on treadmill in 8:20 PR(easier on treadmill)
2nd 1000m row 5:15
ran 1/2 mile on treadmill in 4:15

I felt pretty good on the first row until last 200m or so. The second row I about died; really had to push after the first 500m. JR was good; did first 100 straight through and broke up the second 100 into 50x2. Felt nauseous and weak after.

Thanks Mike. I just need to implement it into he workouts. I'll ge there eventually.

The rows kicked me hard, which caused my jumprope to be sloppy and slower than normal.
